Quality Assurance

We select high-durability alloy materials from the source, monitor parameters of every process in real time using intelligent production lines, and conduct rigorous testing with both a spectrometer and a salt spray test chamber. This, combined with global certification and a comprehensive after-sales quality tracking system, creates a four-dimensional quality assurance system encompassing materials, processes, testing, and service, ensuring that every lighting fixture can withstand the test of time and various environmental conditions.

Precise Inquiry and Matching

Customers submit their scenario requirements (e.g., road/landscape/industrial lighting), and the sales team responds within 30 minutes, using a "Requirements Survey Form" to refine customized dimensions such as power, intelligent functions, and appearance.

Customized Solution Design

The R&D team combines global certification technical standards to produce conceptual design drawings and engineering parameter tables, supporting 3D modeling previews and energy consumption simulations, ensuring the solution is highly compatible with the scenario.

Contract and Production Preparation

After signing a formal contract including quality clauses, the intelligent production line is scheduled, and raw material spectral testing and salt spray testing are conducted simultaneously to ensure that the weather-resistant alloy materials meet global certification standards.

Full-Process Quality Inspection and Tracking

The production process implements "real-time process monitoring + triple quality inspection" (weather resistance laboratory testing, intelligent function verification, and compliance certification). Each batch of products generates a unique quality file, supporting after-sales traceability.
