Project Background/Challenges: The industrial park parking lot required zoned lighting, energy optimization, and wind and rain resistance design. Traditional fluorescent lamps suffered from uneven illumination, high energy consumption, and insufficient safety at night.
HTY Solution: Customized wind and rain resistant conical lamp posts were used (die-cast aluminum integrated housing + annular heat dissipation fins), along with a dynamic light control system (microwave radar sensing + IoT linkage control), and a zoned lighting scheme (20W/lamp in driving lanes, illumination ≥50lux; 15W/lamp in parking spaces, illumination ≥30lux). Human body sensing technology enables "lights on when people approach, lights off when people leave," combined with anti-corrosion coating and waterproof design to ensure long-term stable operation outdoors. Results and Value: Energy optimization resulted in annual electricity savings of 65,000 RMB (65% reduction), improved nighttime safety, and certification as a "Jiangsu Provincial Energy-Saving Demonstration Project." The investment payback period is approximately 2-3 years. Customer feedback indicates a smooth "lights follow the vehicle" experience with no control blind spots.
