Urban Landscape Lighting - Yangzhou Slender West Lake Scenic Area

Project Background/Challenges: The scenic area needed to create an immersive night tour themed around Tang Dynasty poetry. Traditional lighting could not meet the artistic requirements, and the system needed to withstand corrosion, water, and long-term outdoor operation.

HTY Solution:  The solution employed polygonal variable-diameter lamp posts (adapted to the landscape design), an LED full-color control system (supporting dynamic light and shadow effects), corrosion-resistant coating (weather-resistant alloy material), and waterproof design (IP65 standard). Combining the theme of "Remembering Yangzhou under the Bright Moonlight," the project integrated water screen light shows, drone aerial performances, and intangible cultural heritage performances, creating a 3.5-kilometer night tour route encompassing ten chapters, including "March Fireworks" and "Spring River Flower Moon."

Results and Value: The project became a benchmark case for cultural tourism lighting in the Yangtze River Delta region, receiving honors such as "National-Level Nighttime Cultural and Tourism Consumption Cluster" and "ATIA Best Nighttime Tourism Project Nomination." During the night tour's operation, ticket revenue exceeded ten million RMB, boosting surrounding hotel and catering consumption, increasing visitor stay duration by 40%, and increasing nighttime visitor traffic by 30%, achieving both economic and social benefits.
